How to sign in to my PIHRA profile?  

1. On home page, locate "Sign In" icon (top of page) 

2. Use the username and password that you selected during registration process

3. If you forgot your password, please click on Click here to reset your password. Enter your username or the email used to register as a member. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How to change my PIHRA username and/or password?

1. On the homepage, sign in (see upper right of page) with your username and password.

2. You will be taken to your PIHRA profile page.

3. Hover over the Member Resources menu at the top of the webpage, and click on "Manage PIHRA Profile" (at the top of the menu). You must be signed in.

4. Click on "Edit Bio", which is located below the heading Information & Settings. 

5. Click on "change" on the line of the field you want to change.

6. Follow the instructions.

8. Click "Submit" button once you are finished.

How to renew my PIHRA membership online?

Visit pihra.org/renew and login with your username and password to renew online. 

1. You will be taken to your PIHRA profile page.

2. Hover over the Member Resources menu at the top of the webpage, and click on "Manage PIHRA Profile" (at the top of the menu). You must be signed in.

3. Click on “Membership”, which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments & History.  You will be taken to a page called “Membership Information” .

4. Click on Securely renew your membership now » or the "Dollar Bill" icon for the open transaction.

5. Complete the payment information fields, accept the Terms of Use and click on Submit payment. Your membership will automatically be renewed and your expiration date extended by one year.

How to print my PIHRA membership receipt?

1. Visit the pihra.org homepage to sign in with your username and password (above).

2. You will be taken to your PIHRA profile page.

3. Hover over the Member Resources menu at the top of the webpage, and click on "Manage PIHRA Profile" (at the top of the menu).You must be signed in.

4. Click on “Membership”, which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments & History.

5. You will be taken to a page called “Membership Information” .

6. Click on the "receipt" icon for the closed transaction for which you need a receipt. 

7. Click on Print for a hardcopy of the receipt.   Our website is optimized when using Chrome or FireFox.

How to print out my PIHRA membership card?

How to access PIHRA Workplace?

On home page, hover over Member Resources at the top of the webpage and click on PIHRA Workplace

You will be directed to the ThinkHR log in page

To login, enter your primary PIHRA email as your username and the password that was sent to you via email by ThinkHR and click Login

How to use the PIHRA Member Directory?

1. On the home page, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. Click on the "Member Resources" menu at the top of the webpage, then click PIHRA Member Directory (toward the bottom) of the menu.

3. Once at the PIHRA Member Directory, I suggest putting searching by a "key word" (i.e., recruiter) in the Directory Description feild.

4. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.

5. Then review each profile that the query provides.

How to update my contact information on my PIHRA profile?

1. On the home page, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. You will be taken to your PIHRA profile page.

3. Hover over the Member Resources menu at the top of the webpage, and click on "Manage PIHRA Profile" (at the top of the menu). You must be signed in.

4. Click on “Edit Bio”, which is located below the heading Information & Settings.

5. Click on "change" on the line of the field you want to change.

6. Make changes to your contact information.  Note:  Please contact membership@pihra.org if you need to request a name change due to a marriage or legal change of name. 

7. Click "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page once you are finished.

How to print my PIHRA program receipt?

1. On the home page, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. You will be taken to your PIHRA profile page.

3. Hover over the Member Resources menu at the top of the webpage, and click on "Manage PIHRA Profile" (at the top of the menu). You must be signed in.

4. Click on "Invoices", which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments & History.

5. Go go the drop down menu called Filter by Status, and select Processed.

6. Click on the icon for the closed transaction for which you need a receipt.

7. Click on Print for a hard copy of the receipt.

How to register for a PIHRA event?

1. Visit the PIHRA Calendar at pihra.org/calendar or go to the Meetings & Events menu on the homepage, and click on Calendar.

2. Find the event you want to register for, and click on it.

3. After reviewing the details click on the gold Register button at the top of the page.

4. You will be prompted to sign in with your username and password (if you're not signed in already). This ensures that you will receive the member rate. If you're not a member click on Continue as Guest.

5. Complete the form and click on the Next button.

6. Select the ticket you want to purchase, and click on Save & Finalize Registration (or Save Add Another Attendee, if you're bringing a guest).

7. Complete payment information, and scroll down to click on Proceed to Confirmation. Then confirm your purchase.

8. You should receive an email confirmation with your registration information.

How to cancel auto renewal membership billing?

1. On the home page, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. You will be taken to your PIHRA profile page.

3. Hover over the Member Resources menu at the top of the webpage, and click on "Manage PIHRA Profile" (at the top of the menu). You must be signed in.

4. Click on Membership which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments and History.

5. You will see an open invoice for your membership. Click on the Cancel Transaction icon to cancel the open transaction. Then click 'Ok' to confirm that you want to cancel the open transaction.

6. Now you can self select another membership type to renew. Simply go back to Manage Profile Page and click on *** Renew Your Membership Now *** at the top of the page.

7. Select your membership. Complete the payment information fields, accept the Terms of Use and click on Submit payment. Your membership will automatically be renewed and your expiration date extended by one year.
