How to sign in to my PIHRA profile?  

1. On the homepage, locate "Sign In" icon (top of page) 

2. Use the username and password that you selected during registration process.

3. If you forgot your password, please click on "Click here to reset your password." Enter your username or the email used to register as a member. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How to change my PIHRA username and/or password?

1. On the homepage, sign in (see upper right of page) with your username and password.

2. You will be taken to your "Manage Profile" page.

3. Click on "Edit Bio", which is located below the heading Information & Settings. 

4. Click on "change" on the line of the field you want to change.

5. Follow the instructions.

6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save Changes" button once you are finished.

How to renew my PIHRA membership online?

1. Visit pihra.org/renew and login with your username and password to renew online.

2. You will be taken to your "Manage Profile" page.

3. Click on ***Renew Your Membership Now*** to be taken to Membership Dues page.

4. Click on desired Membership Type and then scroll down to complete required information and see final payment amount.

5. Complete the payment information fields, accept the Terms of Use and click on Submit payment. Your membership will automatically be renewed and your expiration date extended by one year.

How to print my PIHRA membership receipt?

1. On the homepage to sign in with your username and password.

2. You will be taken to your "Manage Profile" page.

3. Click on “Membership”, which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments & History.

4. You will be taken to a page called “Membership Information” .

5. Click on the "receipt" icon for the closed transaction for which you need a receipt. 

6. Click on Print for a hardcopy of the receipt.   Our website is optimized when using Chrome or FireFox.

How to access PIHRA Workplace?

1. New or reactivating members, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive a welcome email to access the PIHRA Workplace (powered by ThinkHR). The email will come from welcome@myhrworkplace.com. Contact membership@pihra.org or call (424) 320-0200 for immediate access.

2. Sign into pihra.org with your username and password (upper right).

3. Once you sign into pihra.org, visit pihra.org/workplace and click on àLogin Now. You will then be in the ThinkHR platform.

4. You can also access PIHRA Workplace using the app link: https://apps.thinkhr.com/en-us. Use your primary email as the username and the password set up through the welcome email link.

5. For PIHRA Live (HR Hotline) call 855-306-6460. They will ask you your name, and perhaps your company name.

How to use the PIHRA Member Directory?

1. On the homepage, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. Scroll down to the footer of the page, under Member Resources, click on PIHRA Member Directory.

3. Once at the PIHRA Member Directory, I suggest searching by a "key word" (i.e., recruiter) in the Directory Description field.

4. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.

5. Then review each profile that the query provides.

How to update my contact information on my PIHRA profile?

1. On the homepage, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. You will be taken to your "Manage Profile" page.

3. Click on “Edit Bio”, which is located below the heading Information & Settings.

4. Click on "change" on the line of the field you want to change.

5. Make changes to your contact information.  Note: Please contact membership@pihra.org if you need to request a name change due to a marriage or legal change of name. 

6. Click "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page once you are finished.

How to print my PIHRA program receipt?

1. On the homepage, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. You will be taken to your "Manage Profile" page.

3. Click on "Invoices", which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments & History.

4. Go to the drop down menu called Filter by Status, and select Processed.

5. Click on the icon for the closed transaction for which you need a receipt.

6. Click on Print for a hard copy of the receipt.

How to register for a PIHRA event?

1. Visit the PIHRA Calendar at pihra.org/calendar or click on the "Attend" menu on the homepage, and click on Events Calendar.

2. Find the event you want to register for, and click on it.

3. After reviewing the details click on the gold Register button.

4. You will be prompted to sign in with your username and password (if you're not signed in already). This ensures that you will receive the member rate. If you're not a member click on Continue as Guest.

5. Complete the form and click on the Next button.

6. Select the ticket you want to purchase, and click on Save & Finalize Registration (or Save Add Another Attendee, if you're bringing a guest).

7. Complete payment information, and scroll down to click on Proceed to Confirmation. Then confirm your purchase.

8. You should receive an email confirmation with your registration information.

How to cancel auto renewal membership billing?

1. On the homepage, sign in with your username and password (at top of page).

2. You will be taken to your "Manage Profile" page.

3. Click on Membership which is located below the heading Invoicing, Payments and History.

4. You will see an open invoice for your membership. Click on the Cancel Transaction icon to cancel the open transaction. Then click 'Ok' to confirm that you want to cancel the open transaction.

5. Now you can self select another membership type to renew. Simply go back to Manage Profile Page and click on *** Renew Your Membership Now *** at the top of the page.

6. Select your membership. Complete the payment information fields, accept the Terms of Use and click on Submit payment. Your membership will automatically be renewed and your expiration date extended by one year.

How to access PIHRA Online Learning?

1. Visit pihra.org/learning and sign in with your username and password (at top of page). This ensures that you will receive member access.

2. If you are not a PIHRA member, please visit pihra.org/login and create a free Online Learning account.

3. You'll be redirected to our Online Learning homepage. In your dashboard, click the Course Catalog tab to browse the online learning library. Or click the My Learning tab at the top of the page to find a list of the courses you have access to.

4. Once you find the webinar or recorded session, click "Launch" or "Buy Now" button and complete the checkout process. Please note, all PIHRA webinars are free but other recordings cost a nominal fee.

How to access the PIHRA Forum?

1. Visit pihra.org/forum. You must be signed in with your username and password (at top of page). This ensures that you will receive access.

2. Once you are signed into the pihra.org website, you will be able to view the contents of the Forum. On the Forum homepage, you can customize your Forum subscriptions and settings universally (top of page). We encourage you to review the form rules and etiquette (top Forum topic).

3. To begin interacting, click on Forum topic of interest. You can then click on an existing topic or create a new topic (at the top of the page).
