She partners with mid-market employers (100 – 5,000 employees) across a wide range of industries to design and deliver strategic benefits solutions that improve employee experience, reduce administrative burden, and align with broader organizational goals. Michelle brings a hands-on, consultative approach to every relationship, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to HR and finance leaders navigating today’s complex benefits landscape.<br /><br />Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Troy University. She holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designations, as well as a certificate in Global Benefits Management.<br /><br />Michelle is deeply engaged in the HR and benefits community. She is the founder and Board President of Aerospace HR of SoCal and serves as the Board Chair of PIHRA Pasadena and the Board President of the Los Angeles chapter of ISCEBS, the premier education resource for benefits professionals.
