Cancellations:
Requests must be made in writing to programs@pihra.org by 10/01/2026 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided after that date or for no-shows.  Absolutely NO refunds or credits will be provided for anyone who switches from in-person to the streaming event, which is scheduled for 10/29/2026 (Los Angeles County/Burbank).

Substitutions:
Requests must be made in writing to programs@pihra.org by 10/09/2026. After this date, substitutions will be processed onsite. If a PIHRA member transfers their registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must pay the difference between the member and nonmember rate.

Michelle brings a hands-on, consultative approach to every relationship, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to HR and finance leaders navigating today’s complex benefits landscape.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Troy University. She holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designations, as well as a certificate in Global Benefits Management.

Michelle is deeply engaged in the HR and benefits community. She is the founder and Board President of Aerospace HR of SoCal and serves as the Board Chair of PIHRA Pasadena and the Board President of the Los Angeles chapter of ISCEBS, the premier education resource for benefits professionals. Her volunteer work also includes advocacy and support for organizations serving foster youth and animal welfare.

Confession: Not everyone loves bowling...and that's okay! This event isn't really about bowling—it's about spending time with the amazing people who make up our PIHRA Temecula Valley community.

Whether you're a league champion, haven't bowled in years, or have **absolutely no interest in bowling**, we'd love to see you there. Come enjoy great food, laughter, casual conversation, and an evening of connecting with fellow HR professionals in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Bowl a game, cheer on your teammates, or simply grab a bite to eat and catch up with old friends while making a few new ones. No bowling skills required, we're much more interested in having fun than keeping score!

Feel free to bring your spouse, partner, family member, or a friend. The more, the merrier! This is one of those rare opportunities to enjoy time together outside the workplace and strengthen the relationships that make our HR community so special.
