PIHRA New Member Orientation

The PIHRA member orientation is a 60-minute-long presentation. The goal of the session is to provide information to new and current members to help them get the most out of their membership. Topics covered include PIHRA home office contact information, key member services and programs, and various strategies to connect with our membership of over 3,500 PIHRA members and stakeholders.

Lili Argüello, Membership Director, PIHRA

Liliana Argüello, now Director of Membership, joined Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) as the Membership Manager in May 2014. Prior to joining PIHRA, Lili worked as the Membership Manager at the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, where she was responsible for expanding membership in underserved areas. Lili launched her professional career as an organizational development consultant. As a consultant, she specialized in organizational assessments, and facilitating strategic planning processes and management trainings. Prior to joining PIHRA as staff, she was a membership belonging to PIHRA Long Beach. Lili received her Masters in Business Administration in International Business from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
