PIHRA Gateway Cities Chat

HR Coffee Hour

You’re invited to our PIHRA Gateway Cities' next virtual chapter chat!

Addressing Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

HR professionals face the difficult task of establishing protocols and procedures to ensure our employees feel safe, included and valued. Diversity and Inclusion is front and center right now. How do we as HR professionals advocate in the workplace? Join us for a coffee chat with Rhonda Bolton to discuss how to develop policy, advocate for your employees, and engage in difficult conversations with executives around creating diversity and advocacy strategies. Some of you may be asking, where do I even begin?” or “do we need to make a public statement.” Brew your best coffee and bring your questions and experience, whether you are striving to take your first steps or a seasoned pro in racial reconciliation.
