Coping with Workplace Intimidation and
Violence: New Laws, Recommendations,
and Tools for Employers

presented by Lindon J. Lilly

Employee bullying. Threats against supervisors. Pre-violence indicators reveal that all employers face these challenges on a routine basis. How do they manage them? Are employers knowledgeable about the most recent laws that provide them additional leverage when dealing with disaffected employees? Are employers aware of the latest recommendations for intervention and prevention and how to prepare for the ultimate nightmare – an active shooter in the workplace? How your organization has prepared for, acted during, and managed the aftermath of any of these incidents can impact it for years to come – for good or bad.
