PIHRA Back to Work Episode 1:
Bringing the Workforce Back to Work –
The Employer and Legal Perspective

presented by Karen Nash & Nicole Golob

The relaxation of “Shelter in Place” ordinances is great news for employers but carries new questions about how to return employees to the workforce in the midst of the current pandemic. This presentation will guide you through best practices in getting “Back to Business”, to provide employees with a safe workplace, create comfort with customers and to help avoid future litigation for failure to properly implement appropriate measures. Learn how to face these issues from both the attorney and employer’s perspective.
