Who Cares About HR?

HR is tough. Treat yourself well.

A 2018 study conducted by Perkbox found that human resources departments scored extremely high for job stress with 76% of HR professionals saying they experience work related stress (2nd only to sales people).

At this RealHR, we will explore the Oxygen Mask complex. As a professional in a high stress career, it is critical that you take care of yourself so that you can care for others .

PIHRA has assembled a high impact team of experts to discuss ways that HR professionals can thrive rather than survive in the stressful environment that is HR. Our experts will discuss, answer questions and provide practical guidance related to your emotional, mental and physical wellness.

Attendees will:

  • Learn about brain processes that impact professional effectiveness.
  • Explore ways to interrupt negative thinking patterns.
  • Receive recommendations for eating healthy on the go.
  • Understand the correlation between physical fitness and feeling strong and powerful.
  • Identify ways to maintain mental health.

Register now to attend PIHRA RealHR- Riverside for an insightful evening of community building and learning. Space is limited so grab your HR friends, business cards, experiences and thoughts. See you there.

Your registration will include an all-natural, gluten free Asian-style dinner buffet and a refreshing beverage of your choice (beer and wine included).
