Workplace investigations can encompass everything from harassment, discrimination, to theft and drug use. Employers need to have the right tools or “nuts and bolts” in place to conduct a result driven investigation.

Speaker

 

Adam McMahan, Frasco

Adam McMahan, Vice President for Frasco, is experienced with a wide variety of insurance investigations, including workers’ compensation, liability, and auto claims. Prior to joining Frasco, Adam was a Loss Prevention Manager with a major retailer, where he conducted numerous internal and external theft and fraud investigations and oversaw physical security and loss prevention training for sales and management staff for several stores. Adam joined Frasco in 2006 as an Investigations Supervisor and has worked his way up through the ranks from positions as Branch Manager of the San Diego office and Director of Claims Operations to his current position of Vice President in 2014.

Adam is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration. He also holds the designation of Certified Professional in Fraud Identification (CPFI) and is a licensed private investigator.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellation. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to an event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
