PIHRA South OC

Managing & Developing the Multigenerational Workforce

presented by Tana Session

CANCELLED

Gen Y and Gen Z are the largest, most culturally and socially diverse group in history to enter the workforce. Organizations and leaders must embrace innovative ways to recruit, develop, mentor and retain these employees to sustain long term success and growth. This session will provide proven easy-to-implement strategies to guide organizations and their leaders on the best ways to engage and motivate the workforce in 2020 and beyond.

Key Takeaways:

  • Participants will learn:
    1. The key differences between Gen Y and Gen Z (they are not all millennials!) and how to maximize the work experience for both.
    2. The impact of the gig economy and how to use it to the advantage of their organizations.
    3. Proven strategies to recruit, engage, develop and retain the multi-generational workforce.
