Ms. Saghatelian joined Aleshire & Wynder in 2015, bringing 32 years of legal experience. She currently serves as Assistant General Counsel to the Madera County Transportation Commission, represents the Cities of Arvin and King, and serves the Del Rey Community Services District. She continues to practice in a wide array of employment law including disciplinary hearings, Pitchess motions, EEOC & DFEH investigations, responses to public records act requests, PERB complaints & grievance arbitrations. She is a frequent speaker at statewide conferences and has presented at PELRA-California on topics such as Supersized Leaves, Retired Annuitant issues and Skelly 101.

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellations. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to the event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
