Anita Goldin, Goldin Leadership Group

Founder of Goldin Leadership Group, Anita is a leadership coach and team development specialist with over twenty years of hands-on experience as human resources director and executive team member for Hyatt Hotels and Merrill Corporation. This background has given her deep insight into the practical problems faced by organizations as they work to mold diverse individuals into highly motivated leaders and productive teams.

Helping teams reach their potential is Anita's passion. She is an experienced facilitator and has conducted dozens of experiential team building workshops and retreats for leadership teams. To help teams dig deeper and reach higher levels of productivity and engagement, Anita became a certified Team Performance Coach in 2016.

Anita received her BS in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts. She received her SPHR certification from HRCI. In addition, she holds mediation certifications from the states of VA and CA. She received her coach training from Coach University and achieved her ACC coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation. Anita is Certified Team Performance Coach credentialed through Team Coaching International. 
  Klara Farkas, Klarity International:

As the former Global Marketing and Communications leader who introduced Taco Bell to fans worldwide, today Klara helps companies and individuals develop their brand narratives to create greater employee and customer engagement. As founder of Klarity International, she believes communication is the enabler to all success.

Klara works with companies in the areas of communication, brand development, strategic presentation architecture and delivery. She also develops and facilitate workshops on Leadership Influence, Executive Presence, Strategic Networking, Branding and Storytelling. Klara has worked with companies such as Sony Electronics, Hyundai Motor America, Wells Fargo, CBS, Prudential, Fluor Corporation and more.

Klara holds a BA in International Business from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and speaks both Hungarian and German. More recently, Klara’s passion for mentoring and developing people led her to become a national board certified Executive Coach (BCC) Communication Strategist.

Online registration closes on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 12:00pm. Registrations after this date will only be taken onsite. You may register now via online and pay with a credit card, or RSVP and pay at the door.


Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% administration fee for any cancellations. If you need to cancel, we must receive it in writing (email or fax) 2 business days prior to the event during normal business hours. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Credits will not be issued for use towards future PIHRA events.
