Kelly 0. Scott, Esq., head of Ervin Cohen & Jessup’s Employment Law Department, has practiced employment law for more than 30 years. His experience includes representation of employers in all types of employment matters, including class actions, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination and harassment, retaliation, workplace violence, wage and hour claims, trade secrets, and advice and training for compliance with various employment laws.
Mr. Scott is also an experienced investigator in various types of employment law related complaints and problems.
