Why People Leave:
Decoding the Engagement Challenge

presented by Janine Collins Lappin

What is engagement? Engagement is the emotional commitment to the company’s goals. This emotional commitment can be to a project, a manager, a team, a career or the mission of the company they work for.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn how to increase employee engagement
  • How do we tap into our employee’s productivity?
  • What’s the most common strategy to assess engagement? Are these working?
  • Not all engagement is equal.
  • Do you survey performance and engagement and match the two?
