Engaged Performance Through
Inclusion, Trust and Wellbeing
presented by Alicia Maciel
The way people want to be engaged in the workplace is undergoing rapid transformation. According to Gallup, 70% of the variance in team engagement is determined solely by the manager. When management practices align with the will of the people to have experiences at work that enhance their life, everybody wins as productivity goes up and organizations save enormous amounts of time and money.
Join the discussion on how high-performing organizations are keeping pace with this transformation by championing healthy, inclusive and connected cultures that integrate the best of work and life.
Participants in this webinar will obtain:
- An understanding of the shifting workforce trends redefining the way we think about talent management
- Greater clarity on the critical role managers play in engaging and maximizing the potential of each member of their team
- Skills, techniques and next steps to cultivate inclusion, trust, and wellbeing as the backbone of an agile, learning organization
