Becoming an Exponential Leader in a Linear World
presented by Chris Krusiewicz
In every age of humanity, business leaders have had to deal with change. What makes this moment in history unique from the past is that the rate of change and human advancement is itself advancing…. exponentially. Since humans are naturally linear thinkers, our current reality represents a challenge for business leaders. To be valuable in the marketplace, we need to shift from operating within a linear framework to operating within an exponential framework. This reality applies to every field and discipline. In this conversation we start generally, using Peter Diamandis’ “6Ds of exponential growth” as a guidepost, looking at examples of organizations who both succeeded and failed through periods of exponential growth. We will then narrow our focus specifically on the changing ‘front door of healthcare’ and the evolution of consumer and employee expectations, and how HR teams need to adapt to these new expectations.
- The audience will come away with a fresh vision for the strategy and mindset shift that are required to be an Exponential Leader.
- Learn specific areas undergoing exponential change that will affect every HR professional
- Learn how to identify potential new trends that could become disruptive and take their organization “where the puck is going.”
